I would like to take this opportunity to tell you something about myself and my staff.
I was a member of the Fire Service for 28 years retiring in 1998. In my role as T/Divisional Officer with the London Fire Brigade I was responsible for the training of over 700 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel. The many courses and seminars that I attended within the Fire Service have enabled me to build up a great deal of knowledge. Put together with my operational experience I have become a proficient and skilled person in the management & training field. I have studied management and systems with the Open University and I am an NVQ D32/33 assessor as well as being qualified in First Aid. I hold the Fire Service Long Service and Good Conduct Medal.

I have a large team of trainers from various emergency services and their combined experience is in excess of 150 years. I have contracted teaching staff, all of whom hold excellent qualifications and are experienced in all aspects of the training that I offer. Their qualifications include a "Post Graduate Certificate in People Organisation and Change" "City & Guilds Certificate in Teaching Skills" and "Adult Certificate of Education in Teaching".

We firmly believe in the training we supply. We strive towards the dual purpose of achieving a standard of excellence, without losing both enjoyment in successful training and the satisfaction of the trainee completing the course.
