This one day course is designed for managers and staff who's responsibility it is to ensure little or nominal disruption during any crisis. Its' aims are to provide staff with the ability to write a contingency plan that they will be able to implement immediately a crisis occurs.
The basic principle of a contingency plan is that it will provide a framework for an organisations to implement in a crisis by:

• Understanding the main hazards faced by the business
• Writing a clear purposeful plan
• Responding to an incident not to the cause
• Integrating the plan into the company's structure
• Co-ordinating the plan with neighbouring company's
• Formulating the structure of the team(s) who are responsible for managing recovery
